Samuel Hawkins

1. I wanted a English sounding name, and with the initials ‘S.H.’ (For Super Hero.
2. A movie about this family that became immortal after drinking this certain water. It got me thinking about super heroes of like the past, or something, and then about an invulnerable hero, and that being their only power. No super strength, flight, etc. Just, invulnerability, and carried a bit to the extreme.
3. First he was placed back in the 1850s during the Mexican-American War, until he was retooled to be modern day. His name stayed the same, and his backstory shifted around slightly, such as the fact I decided his mother would be dead.
4. He works at a book store.

Ethan Vire

1. I wanted an evilish sounding name with the initials ‘E.V.’ (For Evil Villain.)
2. I needed an antithesis to Samuel. He has super strength, being able to destroy most anything, in opposition to Samuel, who can block anything.
3. At first he was a pretty 2 dimensional character, just someone for Samuel to fight, but as I worked on him, he grew and developed, and now I’d be willing to argue he’s just as much as the main character in the book starring Samuel as Samuel is.
4. He majored in Economics, but is a science enthusiast, having a minor in Biology.

Don Gallic

1. Gallic was something I heard somewhere, and thought it was a good name for a villain. ‘Don’ means ‘King’ and since he’s the C.E.O. of a large company, and evil, thought it fit.
2. Revelations. The Beast with Seven Heads and Ten Horns.
3. Developing what powers he has, his backstory, and what exactly he does has been changed some, but not to much since his original conception.
4. He’s more or less asexual. Just doesn’t care for that stuff.

Edda Adwr

1. Edda is a series of adventures, and Adwr means coward. So his name is basically the adventures of a coward.
2. I wanted to make a ‘hero’ character who was a coward, plus, a normal person (ability wise).
3. His original last name was ‘Rince’ or ‘Rin’ depending. And he’s been tweaked to be less of a coward, and more of just a realist. He’s gotten an expanding cast with him.
4. He’s a fast runner, due to all the experience he has.

Paul Lie

1. It sounds like ‘arler’ which is French for ‘To Speak.’ And he’s mute.
2. Irony. XD He’s a mute character with the Power of Words. Also, as a friend for Edda.
3. He was originally adopted, but not anymore.
4. He’s incredibly gifted at languages, able to understand and decipher a number of them.

Samantha Adwr

1. She’s actually Samuel’s daughter (he doesn’t know this), so her first name was given by her mother in tribute to her father, and the last name because Edda’s family adopted her. She’s Edda’s younger sister by adoption.
2. To continue on the Invulernable vs. Super Strength fight. And drama. Oh the drama.
3. Not to much, actually.
4. She’s half Egyptian on her mother’s side, and then English/Russian on her father’s.

Maize Sylvan/Vire

1. She was originally a Saiyan character, hence named after a vegetable. Maize is corn, for those who don’t know. And Sylvan is her mother’s maiden name (her mother divorced Ethan before she was born, and both of them knew she was pregnant).
2. She was an older character of mine ported into the original stories, plus it helps for Ethan’s inevitable return…
3. From the Saiyan character to human, she’s obviously lost all the powers except for super strength of course. And now she’s being retooled to turn into a villain…Much like her father.
4. She’s not as strong as her father yet, but she will be.

Galv

1. Another older port! His name comes from the word ‘Galvanize’ which is producing electricity through chemical means! And since he creates and manipulates electricity…
2. As said earlier, another ported character. And I wanted to see a hero character with electrical powers. Don’t see those to often.
3. Personality wise, he use to be fairly brash and confident, but is now more quiet and contemplative, usually fairly withdrawn except for certain people.
4. He was originally a part Pikachu character! Hence the electrical powers.

The Dark Man/One

1. He controls Dark Matter/Energy and is very mysterious.
2. I wanted to make a character who could control Dark Matter/Energy before someone else did. XD
3. None. He’s a more recent character, and he’s suppose to be something of an enigma.
4. He may have been in love once…

Evelyn Trickster/Revan

1. She’s the daughter of the Trickster God (Loki, The Serpent, The Raven etc), and a snake demoness. Her father named her ‘Evelyn’ because he thought it would be funny, on the fact that it was the snake who convinced Eve to eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. A shortened version of ‘Evelyn’ is ‘Eve.’ Also, ‘Revan’ is just ‘Raven’ with the vowels switched.
2. To have a good demon character, and Edda’s guide through his AlterEarth journey.
3. Not to much. She’s remained fairly constant so far.
4. She has naturally purple hair.

Sol

1. He’s a Fire Elemental! So, Sol, which is ‘Sun.’
2. An Elemental character (and Elementals are important), and a bonded thing with Edda. He becomes Edda’s protector, in a way.
3. Very little. He’s usually happy go lucky, except when he needs to protect his friends. Then, it’s serious business.
4. While he might be a ‘Minor Elemental’ there’s something very important about him…
