WorriedNo, in nine hours, we leave to bring my sister to the airport. My sister who's only a year and half younger then me, who I don't even remember not having, is going.
She's leaving. Going to college, out of state.
I still haven't been able to really figure that out. She's going to be gone. Gone.
Sure, she'll be back for Christmas, and most likely next summer, but still. She's leaving the house. Moving out.
I'm a protective older brother. It'll be strange with her in a different place, and I can't be there to protect her. Not that she needs it, but, well, it's hard to explain.
I think I know what I'm going to say to her last, my last, hopefully good, thing, before she goes to the plane.
It's a defining moment for my family. She'll be the first one to really leave the nest.
For now, I can only wish her luck.

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW haha you make me wish I had a brother XD When I left I think my sisters threw a party…But though I can’t relate yet to what your feeling, I’m sure when my little sister goes off to school I’ll feel the same way next year! I’m sure she’ll be fine on her own and trust me, college freshmen always come back...They like home cooking too much not to XD.
One thing, you can force her to get skype, then you can tell her to turn her webcam to anyone who wants to be her friend/date her and give the big scary brother glare XD
