I actually had this drawn a LONG time ago, but just now got around to coloring it.
Anyways, it's Soleanna's Masked hero, The Marvelous Meerkat!
His alter ego is Martin Meerkat, and he is invulnerable. (He also doesn't seem to get sick.)
He can not swim, and sinks like a stone.
His rival is Renard Fox, but his nemesis is Henry P. Pottomus, a mafia Mobian of Soleanna.
Henry P. Pottomus is a hippo, so you know.
His ally is John Opossum, an older Mobian who use to be a special agent in G.U.N.
And his suit? Special material that John...borrowed, from a G.U.N. Research Lab. It's bright colored as The Marvelous Meerkat wants to draw attention and attacks to him, since he can take it.
