Martin Meerkat

Like most Sonic guys, Martin is naked, except the shoes and gloves.

Martin Meerkat's body is incredibly tough, yet still normally flexible. His fur and skin can take a bullet without any harm, and even more force then that!

Martin, upon discovery his power, donned on a 'suit' and attempted to become a super hero...and almost killed himself in the process, even with his invulerability.

Cue John the Oppossum, a grumpy old oppossum who's a survalist, and the only one who knows his secret identity, along with his wife. Having formerly been in the military, and quite a high rank, John actually has... 'access' to some government supplies, and his wife sewed together Martin a suit which is almost as durable as he is.

This helps keeps his identity a secret as he fights crime in Soleanna, as The Marvelous Meerkat.

Martin is not exceptionally strong, fast, or smart, so he depends mostly on tiring out his enemies.

He has a strong sense of justice, one reason he became a superhero after finding out his abilities, but makes sure to keep it hidden when not being the red clad hero.

I am currently working on a story starring him, and developing some of the other characters, espicially some villians. I think I'll have a hippo villian as well...
